Thank you for supporting The Snugawinks of Cuddleton Falls™ — we’re a small, independent children’s book publisher, and every order helps us create more calm, cuddly stories for little ones.

1. Physical Books (non-personalized)

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the book must be unused, in new/resalable condition (no writing, bent corners, or obvious handling) and returned with the original packing slip.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

 Once we receive and inspect the book, we’ll issue either:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or
  • A store credit to use on future Snugawinks products (we reserve the right to choose store credit if the item shows signs of handling).

2. Signed / Personalized / Limited-Edition Copies

Because these are prepared especially for you, all sales are final on:

  • Signed books

  • Books personalized with a child’s name or message

  • Special bundles or launch editions

    Unless the item arrives damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns on these products. 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing issue, or you received the wrong title:

  1. Email us at snugawinks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery,

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the issue.

We will replace the item at no cost to you, or provide a refund if a replacement isn’t available. 

4. Digital / Downloadable Products

For digital items (coloring pages, games, printables, story extras), all sales are final once the file has been delivered or downloaded. This is standard for indie publishers and helps protect our artists’ work. 

5. Preorders

Preorders help us plan print runs. For that reason, preorders are nonrefundable unless we are unable to fulfill your order (for example, a title is delayed or canceled). If that happens, we’ll offer a replacement item or a full refund. 

6. How to Start a Return

Email snugawinks@gmail.com with:

  • Subject line: Return Request – Snugawinks

  • Your order number

  • The item you want to return

  • The reason for the return

    We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unapproved returns may be refused.

7. What We Don’t Cover

We can’t refund or replace items that were:

  • damaged after delivery (spills, crayon, pet damage, normal wear)

  • returned used or not in saleable condition

  • purchased from another retailer (Amazon, Etsy, bookstore, etc.). Please contact them directly for returns.
